The leader over the UN multinational forces will exert military

follow the EU leader.
The Seat of European Power may reside in Rome, Italy, especially if "old
Europe" is plucked up by its roots. [ France, Germany ] All
Roads lead to ROME.
But we do not know yet where the capitol of Europe will be.

HERE...GONE...AND BACK AGAIN
Does this 8th World Ruler come out
of nowhere, or have we seen him before ?
We've seen him before. Rev. 17: 8 says :
"The beast which thou sawest WAS, and IS NOT;
and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit (bond with Satan)
and [ will eventually
] go into perdition (The Lake of Fire
):
And they that dwell on the earth shall wonder,
Whose names were not written in
The Book of Life from the foundation of the world
When they behold the beast that
WAS, ...AND IS NOT...AND YET IS."
This fact is very important for it is repeated again in Rev. 17:11......
"And the beast
that WAS...AND IS NOT...EVEN HE IS THE EIGHTH,
And is OF the seven
(a former ruler of one of the modern-day kingdoms mentioned
earlier...hence he could well come from the US)
Wording is very important here. We must scrutinize carefully.
It appears then that this man was
in political leadership at one time.......
then he leaves the political lime-light for awhile...transacting
only as a "citizen" in global affairs.
Then---due to a major global crisis---he is instantly catapulted
back into even greater political power than anyone has ever
known. ( a global economic crisis, war ??)
NIGHTLY
NEWS : ONE HOUR with the Beast
The 8th king then reigns supreme, even over his 10 co-regents,
for it says in Rev.
17:12...
"And the 10 Horns which thou sawest are 10 Kings
WHICH HAVE
RECEIVED NO KINGDOM AS YET;
But receive power as Kings ONE HOUR
with the beast."
Rev. 17:13 continues....
"These have one mind, and shall give their power (political and economic)
and their strength ( military and religious) unto the beast."
Most likely the ONE HOUR
mentioned in this verse could well refer to a ONE HOUR nightly
news program.
(half-hour US news followed by half-hour European World News,
like BBC for instance)
This news format could be
interactive-telecommunication-networking...including WEB-cast.

Our "worship" of this man and his System will consist
in adhering to this

HOUR daily program
(with the False Prophet remotely
( US from Washington DC and / or New York City )
in sight of the beast).
Total citizenry-compliance will be expected and then
demanded with these daily dictates.
Thus we (especially the Western World) shall march in lock-step
with antichrist's daily pronouncements ( from the EU ) and
endorsed by the false prophet (from the US).
Already,
as of October 2002, the BBC TV news format has changed. They now
have a 3-way presentation from Washington DC, New York City and
of course from Britain. We are so HERE and NOW.

Have
we noticed how in October-99 that all of the major network
nightly news programs (CBS, NBC, ABC) are on at the exact same
time? (6:30 here in California). Have we noticed how our American
news contains almost
no foreign news ? Aren't more and more people switching to the
Public Broadcasting System for British ( BBC ) to obtain news on
the World front ?
We are already being coerced into viewing foreign news from
across the Atlantic in order to prepare us for the
"ONE HOUR" with the Beast....a
half-hour of European World News, followed by a half-hour of
American political news endorsing the directives.
Or it could be ONE HOUR of combined- telecasting of the
daily news.
We are already there. The only thing missing is the man of sin (
2 Thess 2: 4) as the world's mover and shaker..
Have
we noticed how network news opens up its newscast with rotating
stars.....looking an awful lot like the Euro stars of the
European flag ?

in Southern California, we are practically "required"
to be in front of our TV's each evening, as the latest directive
on the "electrical-energy crisis" is put forth.
During the Christmas season, [ 2000 ] we were told what hours to
have our Christmas lights on, what hours our applicances and oven
could be on etc. We had to find out through Television.
Jan. 8, 2001 our Governer Gray Davis has put electrical utilities
on notice that they may soon be under State Control (the same
thing you do under martial law).
And as docile students, we sit down each night in front of the
Television, to hear the new directive. We are being primed for
the reception of the New World Order Leader and his many
directives.

The Final World Empire is the NWO of the whole globe....not a
country. It's personified through the world leader...
a man without a country...the 8th KING. That is why Rev. 17 uses
the word "king" instead of "kingdom".

Counterfeiting

Some people feel that the UN will be the 8th position under the
leadership of Mr. Clinton. If Mr. Clinton does assume that post,
it is only to confuse the issue, we feel.

2. The EU leader is the 8th king, as we see it.

One finds it very interesting that the anthem of the European
Union is Beethoven's Ninth Symphony: Ode to Joy.
The irony of that is...there will be no true joy on earth until
the Ninth kingdom---that of Jesus' Millennial reign---is
established after Armageddon.
The Ninth "Ode of Joy " is more appropriate for the
Joyous Ninth Kingdom of
Jesus Christ.
