"Isaiah 21:1-10"

What an awesome portion of scripture… Isaiah 21! As I read and did the word study on this intriguing scripture I found much of what is happening in America since the 9.11 attack! Verses 1-10 give a prophecy described as "The Burden of the Sea." The Sea is Hebrew word #3220 and means 'as breaking in noisy surf and but is "locally the WEST."  I have been hearing alot lately about this area called the West the news is reporting about and realized that they are talking about AMERICA!

I believe that prophecy can have multiple fulfillments as we have seen in types and shadows of future events. The events described here happened in history, but the Lord has a way of making the Bible transcend all times and boundaries! When I read this scripture it was after the bombing in NYC, and the words seem to be describing America and her struggle with Israel and our efforts to get back to God! With this said I submit to you this study.

THIS IS AN INTERPRETATION OF THE WORDS AND THEIR MEANINGS AS THEY ARE GIVEN IN THE STRONGS CONCORDANCE.
 
 

ISAIAH 21- 1-10

"The burden of the desert of the sea. As the tempests in the Negev pass, it comes from the desert, from a dreadful land. A harsh vision is revealed to me; The deceiver deceives, and the plunderer plunders. Go up O Elam! Be siege O Media! I have caused all her sighing to cease. Because of this my loins are filled with pain; Pangs have taken hold on me like pangs of a travailing woman. I am bowed from hearing; I am troubled from seeing. My heart wanders; terror overwhelms me. He has turned the twilight of my pleasure into trembling. Arrange the table; watch in the watchtower; eat and drink; rise up, ruler and anoint the shield. For so the Lord has said to me: Go, station a watchman; her will declare what he sees. And he sees a chariot, a pair of horsemen; a chariot an ass; a chariot of a camel; and let him attend attentively, very attentively. And he cried, as a lion! My lord, I always stand on my watch tower by day and I am stationed at my post all night. And behold, this comes a chariot of a man a pair of horses. And he answered and said "Babylon has fallen has fallen. And he has smashed all the cut images of her god to the earth." O My threshing, and the grain of My floor! That which I have heard of Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel, I have told to you."

The west is the area West of Israel which America is to the extreme West. The Desert is an open area with the sense of driving...driving wind, driving cattle across...etc. There is a hint in the meaning of a nation that is 'arranging, subduing a matter.' Could this be more reference to America and our involvement in the middle east and the peace processes?

The word Tempest indicates a storm, whirlwind or hurricane but also the RED SEA. The Red Sea is actually the REED SEA, Yom Soof which in Hebrew means: The day of the END, also the Day of the Snatching Away! Look it up for yourself. The word is Soof is #5486.

"As the tempests in the Negev pass..." Negev is the area of the south, or Judah or the land of Israel.

Here is the rest of the interpretation:

As Storms in Israel pass and spring up, a terrible act on the land ( of America) comes from the fearful and dreadful desert. A grievous Compact or Agreement is revealed to me. The very unfaithful man acts deceitfully and covertly and is incapable of being taken by assault. (Osama Bin Laden and his cohorts), He destroys and lays waste the land. (of America)

Go up (in Hebrew is the word ALLAH) Elam which is the ancient land of Iran. Go up Media, ancient land of IRAQ. These Arabs have Allah as their god; And he comes at the End Times from the land of IRAN/IRAQ. I Jehovah, have caused all her mourning and groanings to cease. (from the attack). Because America's sighings have ceased and her mournings have turned to revenge, she is making Israel to bear down in Labor and in Pain. America cannot discern or understand that what is happening to Israel is also happening to America! They are both in covenant relationship with God. America as Israel's ally doesn't understand the travailing and laboring to give birth to the Kingdom that Israel must go through. America is bowed or made crooked and perverted and therefore cannot see justly. From hearing is with the implication of attention, diligently discern, or understand. America doesn't understand that Israel is God's Covenant Land and the Apple of His eye! Those who bless Israel with be a blessing BUT those who CURSE ISRAEL will be CURSED! This they do NOT understand!

America's innermost heart is going astray and reeling back and forth in error. "Terror overwhelms me." This sentence eludes to fires burning in the land from more terrorist attacks. The word ‘Overwhelms’ has extra letters at the end of it that are not translated. These letters spell the word TANY and TAN is the Hebrew word for a monster (as a SEA SERPENT) Hideous animal, DRAGON. God wants us to pay attention to this word and He puts His ineffable name ALEF TAV at the end of this sentence. This could be the revelation of the Anti-Christ after the nation of America is burning with more fires from more terror attacks. God has turned my happiness and the desires away like the turning of light into darkness......like the word Midnight! (Matt. 25: "At Midnight a cry was heard, The Bridegroom comes. Go out to meet Him.) The rapture is definetly what I am seeing here in the interpretation. The word says that the falling away comes first then the man of sin is to be revealed. But not until after the church is taken out of the way! 2 Thess. 2:7. We are salt a perservative that withholds the darkness and the all out evil that is going to break out when we are removed. We hold this event from coming about….the Sains are also Light! Darkness can not coexist with Light. The light overpowers the darkness! We must be removed for we are like the salt and the light holding all the vile, dark and evil outbreak out. They must be absent in order for these evil forces to overtake the world!!!

Psalm 12:1, Isaiah 57:1 Micah 7:1

America will retaliate against these attacks and go to battle through missile attacks. She is watching and expanding in outlook. Accusing and devouring the adversary. Drinking is a term for not being sober but drunk or tipsy, not able to comprehend the truth. America is drawing wrong conclusions to what is happening. God is calling her to repentance. But she doesn't comprehend it. This is God's rebuking this once "Blessed Nation Under God". This is His mercy and Love extending to a rebellious and stubborn people, who will not bow their knee and render their hearts to God their Creator. He is doing this great deed upon this nation! The Lord chastens those He loves. She has entered the "Time of Jacobs Trouble."

America calls the other nations rulers and chiefs together to fight a great war. She has anointed the defense. She is watching for intruders with evil intent and is appointing military personnel to keep watch over the nation. He will stand boldly out opposite to all other leaders.

She sees a team or calvary of riders and a multitude of raiders forming to invade. A calvary of angry and hostile invaders is coming! They will treat America with requite and therefore ripen them for the harvest. She begins to hearken and heed to the truth of what has become of her as nation. She realizes that she has turned completely away from the Lord and He is rebuking her for this act of disobedience. The Lion is the Lion of the Tribe of Judah......who is Jesus! He begins to judge all the nations for their evil intentions. All nations will be gathered unto Him for judgment of the sheep and the goats. This will happen at the time of the 2nd coming of Jesus to the earth.

Isaiah speaks as a saint of God in heaven and says, "Jesus, My Lord, I am watching continually (a reference to time no more) by day or the warm hours (tribulation period, fiery trial period). The future is in sight and is soon to be established. The night season is just before the dawning of the new day!

An Look! Behold! Jesus is coming with a chariot or calvary of Saints with Him!

And an angel said, "Judged is Babylon that confused and harlot system." This is Revelation 18 fulfilled completely. He has smashed all the cut images and her gods to the earth. All that man had as idols are now destroyed on the ground. God is now speaking about those who have endured the fiery and horrible judgments of God during the tribulation period. His people have been threshed and made white. The way of the Lord is now made smooth and even. The Israelites have reconciled with Jesus as their Messiah and have realized that He is their God and Savior!

THE LION ROARS!!!!! HE IS KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS!!!!! FOREVER......AMEN!!!!!!!!!!!
