Some of us are soon to enter into the time of "Jacob's
Trouble...the Great Tribulation ....the last 3 1/2 years of this
age. If one is left behind, after the Midnight Rapture, one need
not panic. The future is bleak, but it is not hopeless. Our Lord
has promised to be with us until the end of this age and the end
of the world. Matthew 28:20 We must hang on tight to Our Lord,
with all of our might, and not let Satan open a door to our
spirit through fear. We must keep in mind that widespread Fear
brings up false-messiahs.
Rev. 13:1
So even if the worst case scenarios take place.....if we no
longer have access to grocery stores or banks or computers etc.
it would be well to remind ourselves that God is still in
control, and prayer changes things.
PARTNERING
WITH GOD
The great Tribulation is called the time of "Jacob's
Trouble". Jacob worshipped the God "which fed me all my
life long unto this day" [Genesis 48:16]….even in times
of famine:
Psalm 33:18, 19 "Behold, the eye of the LORD
is upon them that fear Him, upon them that hope in His mercy;
To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in
famine."
and Psalm 37:18,19"The LORD knoweth the days of the upright:
and their inheritance shall be forever. They shall not be ashamed
in the evil time: and in the days of famine they shall be
satisfied."
At Bethel, God reassured Jacob that He would be
with him (maintain him) always.
[Genesis 28].
For all these reasons, we are to Trust the Lord,
and do our reasonable part, using common sense. We are to partner
with God. Our part is to have reasonable necessities on hand, and
then trust the Lord in all situations.
DIFFERENT
AVENUES
Now the Bible tells us that some people will go
through these last 3 1/2 years of this age.
For those people who are here, they will not be able to buy or
sell when the 666 mark is required. Perhaps their stored supplies
will be allowed for them by the government for a season; perhaps
not.
As with Elijah, God can feed us by means of ravens, or widows, or
angels, or whatever.
1 Kings Chapter 17 and Chapter 19.
His hand is not short that it cannot save.
[Isaiah 59:1 ].
So for those who are here, it would be wise to
have alternative methods of survival, always keeping in mind that
the Lord is Jehovah-Jireh, our all-sufficient God..
"God Himself will provide".
He expects us to look out for ourselves, yet He knows we are not
all-sufficient in and of ourselves.
Trust steps in where supplies run out.
God has a plan and a way for EACH one individually, and only the
Holy Spirit can
give you the details you personally will follow.
One thing is for sure. It will be a time of testing, and only
those rooted and grounded in God will endure to the end. There
may be days of deprivation.
How well can we handle going without?
GOD-COMPLIANT
We must all become God-Compliant, obeying His
Voice.
After all, there are 6 groups of people living during the Great
Tribulation

and there are 6 different directives.
Does that mean we are to be confused.? Not at all...
"For God hath not given us the spirit of fear;
but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind" 2 Timothy
1:7
"For I know the thoughts that I think toward
you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give
you an expected end." Jeremiah 29:11
MARTIAL LAW
Ultimately, the governments are not going to let
us hoard.
The bottom line of the Great Tribulation is martial law and the
control of the masses.

Why is every American citizen being issued an e-mail address?
Will our Postal System end as we know it? How will we access our
"mail" (government directives) if we don't own a
computer? Will we be required to access our e-mail at the local
school, library and other government buildings, using fingerprint

What is the Christian's response to
Martial Law, a Police State and the loss of civil liberties?
There are no pat answers. Each situation calls for guidance from
the Holy Ghost. However, the Scriptures give us some very good
measures to follow:
1 Peter 2:13,14....."Submit".....
Romans Chapter 13
Acts 4:19 and Acts 5:29 Obey God
Romans 12:18.."If it be possible, as much as lieth in
you, live peaceably with all men."
Romans 12:19-21
We submit to civil authorities as is reasonable,
but we must OBEY GOD as our Highest Authority.
IN GOD WE
TRUST
"a perfect love [Jesus] casts out fear" 1 John 4:18
We cannot foresee what tomorrow will bring.
Dear Lord, help us all to remember that
"the poor are no more dependent upon you God, than are the
rich" [J.M.Drescher]
God is still our Father. And just like we pray in the Our Father:
"Give us this day our daily bread", we must continue to
trust Him for our daily needs....Great Tribulation or not.

be less miraculous today ? No. The supply of oil was miraculously
provided by God for
8 days. God proved Himself then; He can provide also now, even in
the Great Tribulation.
Does technology tie the hands of God? No. A better question might
be: how much have we let technology master us?
Why are temporary "booths" honored each year at Sukkot
..... to remember the past only, or to prepare us for the future?
I believe we celebrate Sukkot each year to remind us to keep life
simple, and if necessary learn NOT to depend on our homes as
always being there. How well could we adapt to living in a
shelter? A tent? ...or some other temporary type of housing? How
flexible are we?
What if we are relocated?
Hebrews 11:8-10 reminds us that we are"pilgrims on the
earth"Heb.11:13.
A good attitude, when other's are wearing thin, will work
wonders. Cleaving to Jesus with all our might is why we are
tested. May we all pass the test with flying colors.
During the Great Tribulation, life will consist of diminishing
returns, until the ultimate sacrifice of our lives is
given.(unless we are destined to be millennials)
"Be careful [anxious] for nothing; but in everything by
prayer, and supplication-with-thanksgiving let your requests be
made known unto God".
Philippians 4:6 "And the peace of God, which passeth all
understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ
Jesus. Philippians 4:7.
The day must come when we have to walk the talk.
Let us start now to
"feed our Faith and starve our doubts" (Lester
Sumerall). Preparation--SPIRITUAL preparation, will calm our
fears. Trust in God will bring a real and a lasting peace.
The Bible tells us that in the Last Days there will be:
"Men's hearts failing them for Fear, and for looking after
those things which are coming upon the earth"....Luke 21:26
Do we have the Word of God stored in our hearts??
Real preparation means also to prepare to be without. Prepare to
walk in the dimension of the spiritual realm, as well as the
physical. Pray... believing that you will receive.
We cannot strategize against the System, especially since God
clearly states in His Word that the 666 System will have a major
role to play for a testimony in all of history.
Our role is allegiance to Jesus Christ at all costs, including
persecution and martyrdom.

"Though he [satanic system] slay me, yet will I trust in
Him". [God] .....Job:13:15
OF
WHOM THE WORLD WAS NOT WORTHY
During the Great Tribulation, some people will be delivered (Heb.
11:33-35a)
and yet some people will not (Heb. 11:35b-39):
"Who through FAITH subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness,
obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions,
Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword,
out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight,
turned to flight the armies of the aliens.
Women received their dead raised to life again."( Heb. 11:33-35a)
Unquenchable Faith
"And others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that
they might obtain a better resurrection:
And others had trial of cruel mockings and scourgings, yea
moreover of bonds and imprisonment:
They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were
slain with the sword:
They wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute,
afflicted, tormented:
Of whom the world was not worthy:)
They wandered in deserts, and in mountains, and in dens and caves
of the earth.
And these all having obtained a good report through FAITH,
received not the promise."
Heb. 11: 35b-39
In all of the above passage, it mentions no one having died of
starvation
If we, and those
of our household, refuse the 666 economic Mark of the Beast,
will we and our children starve ? We will hunger, but God
will intervene and close up our stomach so that we hunger no

Those who do survive the 3 1/2 years of the Demonic-System will
testify that it was ONLY by the grace of God. Some will have
partnered with God, working it out together. Some will have had
unbelievable miracles...."Stand still and see the Salvation
of God" All will have trusted.
Real Faith (emunah) is tried, tested and true. At the end of
ourselves, we find God.
Let the weak say, "I am strong." [Joel
3:10 ].
To be in fear is to be in bondage to the side of
darkness.

Let us rather walk in the Light. [1
John 1:7]. We must just trust.
In sum, one is to partner
with God. We do our part---Trust, trust, trust.

The Spirit of God may lead us to become survivalists in the
Wilderness for 3 1/2 years. We will know how to prepare by
listening to the Holy Ghost. Relying on God is the best insurance
for the Last Days.
We must strain to listen to God. He wants to lead us and guide
us, direct and protect us, until our time is through.
The Holy Spirit will guide us each day until we are finally home.
We are never abandoned by God.
"I will never leave thee nor forsake thee" Hebrews 13:5

Matthew 24
For some people, God tells them to exit without even so much as
one thing from our households. For His chosen remnant, God has
special provision and arrangements. Matthew 24:17,18.
We reiterate, God has an individual plan for each individual and
their households.
We all need to listen very carefully to that still small voice of
the Holy Ghost:
"This is the way, walk ye in it."
Isaiah 30:21
There comes a point in all of our lives where we must just plain
Trust.
"Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries
that shall come upon you.
Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are moth eaten.
Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a
witness against you,
and shall eat your flesh as it were fire.
Ye have heaped treasure together for the Last Days." James
5:1-3
Our securities are Spiritual .
Spiritual preparation is a mansion of abundance.We must crack the
"Faith-Barrier", as Hal Lindsey says in Combat Faith,
just as a jet cracks the sound-barrier by pushing beyond the
pre-conceived limits.
"Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of
things not seen"
Hebrews 11:1
"Evidence" means verification from our
past experiences with the Lord, in this
Faith- Journey of ours.
Just as we can all give examples of God's previous miraculous
intervention in our lives, so we will see His miraculous
intervention in the future, even in death.
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever. Hebrews
13:8
Reasonable preparations for independent living are good.
Major-self-sufficiency plans have a lot of drawbacks (thievery,
government confiscation, moths, rust. ......
"Lay not up for yourself treasures upon earth, where moth
and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:
But lay up for yourself treasures in heaven, where neither moth
nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor
steal:
For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also."
Matthew. 6:19-21
If we let God know that we don't need His help, He may just
oblige.
Better to do our best and commit the rest.
After all, what follows martial law and a police state could be
relocation. We must be ready at a moment's notice to "Let
go, and Let God". God both preceeds us and follows us. There
is no place on earth that God is not already there. Psalm 139
God is omnipresent. There is no day in our life that has not
already been seen by God.
We may not know what tomorrow holds,
But we know Who holds tomorrow.
