US Weapons Secret Exposed
Respected scientists on both sides of the Atlantic warned
yesterday that the US is developing a new generation of weapons
that undermine and possibly violate international treaties on
biological and chemical warfare.
The scientists, specialists in bio-warfare and chemical weapons,
say the Pentagon, with the help of the British military, is also
working on "non-lethal" weapons
similar to the narcotic gas used by Russian forces to end last
week's siege in Moscow.
Mr Dando added that the US was currently working
on "non-lethal" weapons similar to the gas Russian
forces used to break the Moscow theatre siege. Those
include "calmative" agent which are designed to knock
people out without killing them.
"What happened in Moscow is a harbinger of what is to
come," Mr Dando said. "There is a revolution in life
sciences which could be applied in a major way to warfare. It's
an early example of the mess we may be creating."
Jonathan Tucker, a chemical weapons expert at the US Institute
for Peace in Washington, said much of the work on non-lethal
weapons was being carried out by an institute under the US
justice department but was funded by the Pentagon.
"They are trying to keep it at arms length, but it is
problematic especially for military purposes. The
chemical weapons convention makes a very clear distinction
between riot control and incapacitants," he said.
While Mr Tucker believes that such knock-out gases are explicitly
banned under the treaty, Mr Dando and Mr Wheelis believe the
Pentagon has exploited a loophole that allows for such weapons
for
"law enforcement purposes".
But by blurring the edges of the treaty, they argue the
US is inviting other countries to do the same. The US, Mr Dando
said, "runs the very real danger of leading the world
down a pathway that will greatly reduce the security of
all."

A former Russian defence ministry official, Viktor
Baranets said: "Most likely the agent they chose was the gas
known as Kolokol-1, the most promising of all psycho-chemical
agents developed by the Soviet special services."
He said the gas, known within Russia's security community for
some time, "spreads rapidly across broad areas,
and can render a healthy person completely unconscious in 1 to 3
seconds", but people with weak hearts or prone to vomiting
could die from inhaling it.

The disk-shaped transmitter can emit an ear-splitting
warning noise akin to a fire alarm as well
as jackhammer-like pulses
that can travel nearly two-thirds of a mile.
At the limit of its range, the sound produced by the LRAD, is

The US Air Force developed, at the request of the US
Marine Corps (and at a cost of $40 million), a new
"non-lethal" weapon designed to control threatening
crowds. It seems apparent that the Marine Corps has acquiesced to
the Pentagon’s mandate that they be the military point force
in dealing with unruly civilians. The Marine Corps has been
propagandized into believing the target crowds are resistors to
international "peacekeeping" operations, but the
pattern of training the Marine Corps (utilizing American cities
for urban warfare) during the past 3 years makes conservatives
and Christians worried that the real targets are US dissidents
from the NWO.
The weapon is essentially a powerful
microwave beam which penetrates a person’s clothing and
inflicts a painful burning sensation.

Marines could fire the weapon from distances outside the range of
most small arms fire, and the weapon could be mounted
on a military vehicle or aircraft. As CNN
reported, "The
weapon is designed to stop people by firing millimeter-wave

surface of the victim's skin. Within seconds the person feels
pain that is akin to touching a hot light bulb.
" The Air Force has reportedly tested 72 people with over
6,500 exposures, supposedly without ill effects, but critics are
very skeptical of the claims that this new technology is
non-lethal. Medical experts point to the existing government
warnings about the use of microwaves, which
are on the order of hundreds of times less powerful than this
weapon. Short-term effects are severe burns,
penetrating deep into the body. If a brief scan of the beam can
cause burning, how does one control the rate of radiation on a
person? A steady stream of energy aimed at a
person would fry them internally in a very short time.
Eyes could be heated up and burned irreparably. Possible
long-term side-effects of even low doses could include cancer and
cataracts. The military obvious knows this, so I suspect the
long-term purposes
of this weapon are lethal--not simple crowd control.

The Canadian military is also looking at
buying a system that would be capable of immobilizing
vehicles. One product already on the market
acts like a giant net, snagging a vehicle in a spider-like web
and
preventing its occupants from escaping.
Another device is called an auto-arrester. Similar in appearance
to a speed bump, the system can immediately shut down a vehicle's
engine by zapping it with an electromagnetic pulse. Such a
device, Maj. Lizotte said, could be used at checkpoints or at the
entrances of Canadian bases during overseas deployments.

defined as a neurological communication and control theory
already in use in small circles at that time. Yoneji
Masuda, "Father of the Information Society," stated his
concern in 1980 that our liberty is threatened Orwellian-style
by cybernetic technology totally unknown to most
people. This technology links the brains of
people via implanted microchips to satellites controlled by
ground-based supercomputers.
The first brain implants were surgically inserted
in 1974 in the state of Ohio, USA and also in Stockholm,
Sweden. Brain electrodes were inserted into the
skulls of babies in 1946 without the knowledge of their
parents. In the 1950s and 60s, electrical implants

in the U.S., during research into behavior modification,

Human rights groups are calling for an inquiry into the methods
used by American interrogators at Bagram and other bases in
Afghanistan.
US officials have admitted that suspects captured in
the region are 'softened up' on their way to detention by brutal
beatings from US military police and special forces soldiers.
They are confined to tiny rooms, blindfolded and thrown into
walls. They are tied up in painful positions, subjected to loud
noises and deprived of sleep by having lights shone on them all
day and night. Sometimes they are forced to stand for long
periods in black hoods or wearing goggles which have been
spray-painted so as to render them blind.
