This is:

So far we
have examined:
* the enforced 666 system coming
* the one world government coming
* WW 3 on the horizon and
* The capture of Jerusalem for 42 months. [3 1/2 years]
All of the above takes place during the
time known as "The Great Tribulation"...
(Matthew
24 :21)...or "The
Time of Jacob’s Trouble (Jeremiah 30:7).
That period of time lasts 3 1/2 years (Daniel 9 and Revelation /
Apocalypse Chapters 11--13).
Our Lord told us in Matthew 24: 21 that this tyranny would be so unprecedented
that unless He Himself personally intervened, "No flesh
would be saved". Well, for those who take Our Lord
seriously--and obey Him with all their heart--He has a royal
route of escape . It’s called "The
Rapture"...meaning "to be caught up". Obedient
Believers in Jesus Christ can look forward to this "Blessed
HOPE" (Titus
2:13) found in
I
Thessalonians 4: 13-18.................
"But I would not have you to be
ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep (the
departed), that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no HOPE.
For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them
also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with Him.
For this we say unto you by the Word of the Lord, That we which
are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord Shall not
prevent (precede) them which are asleep (body only... not the
spirit nor the soul).
"FOR
THE LORD HIMSELF shall descend from Heaven with a Shout with the
voice of the archangel and with the trump of God:
and the dead in Christ SHALL RISE FIRST:
( what an awesome sight as their graves are opened around the
world)
"Then
we which are ALIVE AND REMAIN SHALL BE CAUGHT UP TOGETHER with
them in the clouds, to MEET THE LORD IN THE AIR: AND SO SHALL WE
EVER BE WITH THE LORD."
Wherefore, Comfort one another with these words."I Thessalonians 4:13-18
Now, that’s taking the King’s Highway Home. What a
Blessed Hope !

LIKE THE BUTTERFLY
Yes, the Obedient Believers (abiding in
a committed
relationship)are going to have a Fast-forward metamorphosis.
They are told that in I Corinthians 15: 51, 52 ........
"Behold, I show you a mystery;
We shall not all sleep (undergo death for a length of time),
BUT WE SHALL ALL BE CHANGED
[translated]
IN A MOMENT, IN THE TWINKLING OF AN EYE, at the last trump;
For the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised
incorruptible,
And WE SHALL BE CHANGED (be given new bodies).
For this corruptible (body) must put on incorruption;
And this mortal (body) must put on immortality."
Such Love that Our
Lord has for His Bride who is ready, His obedient followers, is
unfathomable.
We are made ready by abiding in a deeply committed and professed
relationship with our Beloved Lord.
We must remain ever sensitive to the still small voice of the
Holy Spirit)
(Matthew 25: 1-13),
So incomprehensible is this mystery of Executive Privilege, that
the unbelieving world rejects the idea of a rapture, and replaces
it with an "alien-kidnapping scenario" in order to
"cleanse the world for the New Age".
So much for figments of the imagination verses the 4 Millennia
verifiable Word of God.
ENOCH WAS NOT
The Rapture, or "translation"
as some prefer, is actually not a new concept. It’s been
around as far back as Genesis. We read in Genesis 5:24 ..
"Enoch walked with God (was obedient to the still small
voice of his conscience), and he WAS NOT;
FOR GOD TOOK HIM."
We know very little about his life... only that he was
faithful to God
(obedient). The Book of Hebrews says of him:
"By Faith Enoch was translated (raptured) that he should not
see death;
and was NOT FOUND, BECAUSE GOD HAD TRANSLATED
HIM:
for before his translation (Rapture) he had this testimony, that
he pleased God
(he was obedient).
"But without Faith (a relationship..not just religion), it is impossible to please Him.
For he that cometh to God must believe that HE IS,
And that He is a Rewarder of them that
Diligently seek Him.(Hebrews 11:5,6)
SWEET CHARIOT
Not only was Enoch raptured, but the
more famous Elijah was raptured way back in history at the time
of the Assyrian Empire. Elijah’s notoriety lay in the fact
that he was willing to PROFESS
his faith openly and demonstratively,
even amongst those who opposed him. Or in other words, he
wasn’t afraid to be politically incorrect, knowing full well
that his life was in jeopardy. Hence his departure from wicked
Jezebel...
(The term "Jezebel" in Rev. 3 means
false-religion wedded to culture, society and politics.)
Elijah was to be well rewarded for his open profession of faith
in the Living and true God. We read in
II KINGS
2:11...
"And it came to pass when the LORD would take up Elijah into heaven by a whirlwind....behold there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire.. And Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven."
Like Enoch, Elijah was raptured as a witness of preservation against judgement to come. These both were miraculously delivered from their unbelieving and unprofessing generations. Enoch’s generation went into the all-consuming flood, and Elijah’s generation were made captives of Assyria. The Generation left behind at the modern-day Rapture, will also be under "The Assyrian" (Isaiah 10: 5-7).
LIKE THE DAYS OF NOAH (days of violence...Genesis 6)
"But as the days of Noah were, so
shall also the coming of the Son of Man (Jesus) be. For as were
in the days before the flood they were eating and drinking,
marrying and giving in marriage (business as usual), until the day that Noah entered into the Ark.
And they knew not until the flood came, and took them all away;
so shall the coming of the Son of Man (Jesus) be.
Then shall two be in the field, the one shall be taken
(raptured), and the other left.
Two women shall be grinding at the mill;
The one shall be taken (raptured), and the other left.
WATCH therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth
come."
Matthew 24: 37--42
THE FEW
The epistle of I Peter 4: 17,18 warns believers not to be
presumptuous in these Last Days:
"For the time is come that Judgement must
begin at the House of God:
And if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that
obey NOT
the Gospel of God ?" (Just because you believe, doesn’t
mean you obey.
The devils believe also, and even tremble...JAMES 2:19...but they don't obey.
"AND IF THE RIGHTEOUS
SCARCELY BE SAVED, (believers)
where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear ?
That verse is very sobering. "If you don’t get right,
you may get left".
CONFIDENCE IN ME
"Not everyone that saith unto Me ,
‘Lord, Lord ‘
shall enter into the Kingdom of Heaven;
BUT HE THAT DOETH THE
WILL OF MY FATHER which is in Heaven
( He that
obeys the Voice of the Holy Spirit).
"Many will say to Me in that Day
‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy Name ? (declared the Scriptures)
‘And in Thy Name have cast out devils? (performed charismatic gifts)
‘And in Thy Name done many wonderful works’ (" I know them all,
Lord").
"And then will I profess unto them, "I Never Knew You"
(meaning..."we
didn’t interface")
"Depart from me, ye that work iniquity."[double-minded]
Matthew 7
: 21-23
This is spoken by the One who is the
Discerner of our hearts[ Revelation/ Apocalypse 2:23 b],
our thoughts, our motives and priorities. This One sees all and
knows all.
This is all about reality...getting real
before God. Getting real with ourselves;
forsaking rationalizing, justifying, excusing and denying. This
is getting real with other people...being rigorously honest and
forthright. All our "works" won’t save us...only a
right
Relationship with God
will.
GODLY CARE
"Though I speak with the tongues
of men and of angels, and have not charity
(Godly
care) I am become as
sounding brass (blowing
my own horn)
or a tinkling cymbal.
And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all
mysteries,
and all knowledge" (let’s face it...an expert)
"And though I have all faith, so that I could remove
mountains"
(the gifts
are given without repentance
... ROMANS
11:29)
"And have not Charity" (led by God...not by secular
humanism or people-pleasing)
I am nothing" ("Apart
from Me, you can do nothing"
JOHN 15:5)
"And though I bestow all my goods
to feed the poor,
And though I give my body to be burned, and have not Charity,
It profits me nothing." (Must be led of the Holy Spirit
with right motives).
"Charity suffereth long" (accepts the things one CANNOT
change),
and is
kind .
Charity envies not. Charity doesn’t brag on one’s
self..
is not puffed up" (arrogant).
"(Charity) doth not behave itself unseemly" (immature),
"seeketh not her own" (can go unnoticed....altruistic)
"is not easily provoked" (selah...we need to think about
this)
"thinketh no evil." Rejoices not in iniquity, but rejoices in the TRUTH;"
(Charity)" bears all things, believes all things, hopes all
things,
endures all things" (that CANNOT be changed).
"Charity" (Jesus)" never fails. " I Corinthians 13: 1-8
And
of course, charity begins at home.
[ I Timothy 5:8 and Ephesians
5:22-33; Col. 3:18-21].
And Charity has the courage to change the
things it CAN with God’s help,
and by His leading. We need His Wisdom (James 1: 5) in order to realize what things we can change,
and what things we cannot.
I
Corinthians Chapter 13 is
our guideline for "works". But all our efforts fail
without God’s direction and help. Sometimes God leads us
away from our own efforts. That is where we use discernment and
pull back. We are not to "cast our pearls to the swine
" (Matthew
7:6).
II Timothy
Chapter Three warns us not
to be naive about the times we are living in:
"This know also, that in the Last Days perilous times shall come. For men shall be
lovers of them own selves, covetous, boasters,
proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful,
unholy.
"Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false
accusers, without self-restraint,
fierce, despisers of those that are good. "Traitors, impatient and rash, high minded and
arrogant,
[rude]... lovers of pleasure more than lovers of God; [See Isaiah 58:13,14]
"Having a form of godliness (outward show....hypocrisy), but denying the power thereof’ (not led of the Holy Spirit; no
depth.......not Spirit-filled
Our power to overcome is in the shed Blood of Jesus, our Passover
Lamb.)
We are then COMMANDED: "FROM SUCH TURN AWAY’!
2 TIMOTHY
3: 1-5
(These sound like 'road-rage' people)
So we see then that we need the fullness
of God's Word in these Last Days,
since we want to be counted "worthy to escape" the
Great Tribulation (Luke
21: 36). Sometimes we go
forward, other times we pull back. We are to "Pray
always", so that we’ll know the difference. When Our
Lord told us to "love our enemies", He meant we were to
PRAY for them...not necessarily have fellowship with them.
When we hear from a panther, it’s best not to
"anther". (Ogden Nash)
When we are obedient to the Voice of the Holy Spirit, in the fullness
of God's Word, then we are to:
"Look up, and lift up your heads; for your Redemption
draweth nigh."
