As our school curriculums become more and more awash in occultism--- complete with wizardry, magic and curses--- it is imperative that our knowledge in the spiritual realm advance to that of a PHD. (Professing Holy Discernment). Each one of us needs to ask the Lord each day to be able to discern when something is of an evil spirit, even though it be dressed up as "harmless". Are the Harry Potter books" harmless" ? Not if they are teaching our children to engage in wizardry and magic , and thus opening the door to witchcraft and occultism.

There are many who are enlightening us all to the deviousness and subtlety within school curriculums, which for the most part today have become schools of indoctrination and propaganda (replete with the force of peer-pressure to engage in what the Bible terms "abominations".)

As one reads the incriminating evidence, one begins to realize how much we are all being tainted by the liberal agenda being put forth in our school systems (and greatly funded by our tax dollars)
For the Born-Again Christian, this amounts to taxation without representation. Our Judeo-Christian value system is being trodden under blatantly by the powers that be (PTB) , who must stomp on the Constitution and the Bill of Rights in order to take our freedoms away.

" Patients on some popular antidepressants should be closely monitored for warning signs of suicide, the government warned Monday in asking the makers of 10 drugs to add the caution to their labels
The drugs of concern are all newer-generation antidepressants:

New Age? The similarities between centering prayer and Transcendental Meditation are striking.

MOOD-ALTERING ANTI-DEPRESSION DRUGS HAVE POWERFUL WITHDRAWAL EFFECTS

Troubling evidence is beginning to mount against America’s most popular anti-depression drugs (Prozac, Paxil, Zoloft, etc.). Specifically, the growing number of cases of suicide taking place in the wake of withdrawal from these drugs has led to increased doubts about doctors’ assurances they are safe. Horror stories are mounting about the inability of certain patients to even stop taking these drugs due to powerful side effects – some of them life-threatening, or emotionally debilitating.

In the October 20, 2002 NY Post article, "Darker Side to the 9/11 ‘Wonder Pill’" Susan Edelman writes, "that grieving 9/11 widows who had been prescribed Paxil experienced severe withdrawal symptoms and ncharacteristic suicidal urges when they attempted to stop taking the drug. GlaxoSmithKline insists Paxil is non-habit forming, but some former Paxil users say they went through hell when they quit popping the pills. ‘When I stopped taking it, I got so sick I couldn't function. It was like temporary insanity,’ said Ann Cantera, of Sayville, R.I., who began taking Paxil for pre-menstrual depression. ‘I was crying and crying and crying, and consumed with suicidal thoughts.’"

Beth Hawkins, in an October 16 article in the alternative weekly, City Pages, reported, "In 1993, five months after Paxil went on the market in the United States, a study presented at the American Psychiatric Association's annual meeting found that up to 42 percent of individuals suffered withdrawal symptoms when they stopped taking the drug. ... Since 1994 some 16 studies found ‘withdrawal syndrome’ in up to half of individuals attempting to quit taking SSRIs [Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors]; all the studies noted that the problem was the worst with Paxil. In an Australian study, Paxil caused withdrawal three times as often as Zoloft and four times as often as Prozac. The second-highest rate of withdrawal is reported with another SSRI with a short half-life, Luvox."

If you have family or friends taking these drugs (most patients taking such drugs do so for long periods of time), encourage them to quit, but emphasize that they must taper off on the dosage very slowly and be constantly monitored for suicidal depression. Effective, long-term management of depression can be accomplished by helping people develop higher self-control skills and learn to recognize the small promptings of conscience that help guide a person out of self-defeating behavior. Two effective principles of following conscience are appropriate for all ages:

1) Don’t do anything you feel nervous about (as to the correctness).

2) Always force yourself to do what you know you should do – especially when you don’t feel like it.

Everyone should memorize these two principles. The first teaches people to be sensitive to the messages that come from conscience warning of danger, or of bad decisions. Avoiding mistakes in life keeps the feelings of depression that can follow failure at a minimum. The second helps people come out of depression better than any other piece of advice I know. All successful people must learn to quit moping about problems and get up quickly and do what they know they should be doing at any given moment. Depression is hard to maintain when one is busy and active.

It’s not easy, but learning to change and control self-defeating behavior is the only long term solution for combating depression. Sadly, years of parental tolerance of bad behavior and bad attitudes of their children (influenced by music, movies and peers) leads to chronic loss of self-esteem and depression in many individuals. Yes, sometimes chemical imbalance is present – but it’s not the root cause; it’s merely the result of chronically and persistently inculcating these damaging bad attitudes. Drugs are not, therefore, the solution; they only suppress the symptoms temporarily. Prevention via good discipline is the best approach, and redeveloping strong discipline and sensitivity to conscience is the key to recovery after a problem develops.

First School for witches and wizards opens up in Austria [the Sorcerer's apprentice] Sept. 2002
