the program will apply the OuterLink system's secure wireless
data communications to demonstrate seamless
interoperability with existing communications equipment of the
Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and other
federal or state public safety agencies, said OuterLink President
Paul F. Newcomb.
Our systems provide dependable satellite
communications every day for our customers, that include U.S.

CommPoint 3 ( CP3 ) tracking satellite - Aug. 11, 2005
SO. ST. PAUL, Minn., Aug. 11 /PRNewswire/ --
Digital Angel Corporation ...announced today that its OuterLink
subsidiary has received approval from the Federal Aviation
Administration (FAA) for its new satellite radio transceiver,
called the CommPoint 3 (CP3) Satcom Data Terminal,
that can track a wide variety of international
commercial, military aircraft and ground vehicles
in any weather condition, even when other traditional
communication modes are disrupted. The CP3 is smaller, lighter
and easier to install than its predecessor, the CP2, and, with
models to be introduced in the fall, will allow OuterLink for the
first time to address the international tracking
marketplace
The CP3, although similar and compatible with the CP2,
incorporates features that enable it to operate with
communication satellites on a global basis. This capability
will facilitate expansion of communication coverage
from the existing North American service area to transoceanic and other continents,
eventually providing
global capability which is
essential for providing real-time mobile asset management
capabilities for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and
military markets.

Two-Way Digital Messaging and Continuous Mayday Alerts
the world's largest air ambulance operator,
Englewood, CO-based Air Methods Corporation (Nasdaq:

expanding its use of the OuterLink Flight Tracking and Messaging
System. After approximately 18 months of evaluating 50 OuterLink
systems and the confirmation of their administrative and safety
benefits, Air Methods has decided to equip the balance of its LifeNet
Division fleet and its future LifeNet aircraft with
the OuterLink systems
The OuterLink system's unique ability to provide position
reporting every 30 seconds, three-second Mayday alerts,
system reliability and ability to verify and archive exact trip
mileage were key factors in Air Methods' decision to expand its
deployment of the OuterLink Satellite Tracking System, said David

In addition to providing dispatchers with real-time
flight tracking data, OuterLink's satcom terminal also
incorporates capability for two-way digital messaging. In
addition to communication redundancy, digital messaging
accommodates enhanced interface between the aircraft and
communications center for laptop computers and/or patient
monitoring devices. While the entire fleet is monitored by
LifeNet's National Communications Center, LifeNet managers and
sending or receiving medical centers also have the ability to
monitor the movement of a responding (OuterLink equipped)

Outerlink contracts with North Memorial ( MN ) -- April 25, 2005
Helicopter power
The OuterLink system's unique ability to provide 30-second
position reporting, three-second Mayday alerts, and exact trip
mileage reports were key factors that led North Air Care [
Brooklyn Center] to select the OuterLink System.
While the entire fleet is monitored from a central
location, individual satellite bases can also monitor the
location of their particular aircraft.
"Our decision was based on several factors but
paramount was the ability of the system to interface with our
existing CAD system," said Joe Glaccum of North Memorial
Ambulance Service. "
The OuterLink system includes the satcom data terminal and
low-profile antennas installed on each aircraft together with
the CommTrack suite of PC software tools that enables flight
management personnel to visually track and display real-time and
historical information about all aircraft under their control. The
software incorporates a comprehensive map database that allows
dispatchers to pan and zoom into whatever level of topographic
detail is relevant to their tracking needs. It also provides the
capability to display weather information on these maps to
provide up-to-the-minute advisories to flight-following
dispatchers.
Kevin O'Brien, OuterLink's VP of
Operations said, "This program is currently being used by several
hospitals and they all report that the increased revenue
it provides will enable them to recover their initial investment
in their OuterLink system in less than one year."

DA buys McMurdo ( 60 outlets ) -- April 9, 2007
-- For Commercial use too
Simply put, we believe our strategic acquisition of McMurdo is
the perfect complement to our SARBE business. Its network of
approximately 60 outlets will significantly
broaden our emergency location beacon product offering to serve
the military and commercial
maritime sectors and provide stability to our revenue
base. As we stated previously, we expect the McMurdo acquisition
to add at least $8-9 million of additional revenue for the
remainder of 2007. More importantly, we believe McMurdo's steady
stream of business will generate more predictable profits in the
SARBE business on a go-forward basis."
Currently, McMurdo buys the circuit boards, antennas, and
batteries used in their location beacons. However, by utilizing
our established manufacturing capabilities at our Signature
Industries operations in the U.K., we will
manufacture those components, and expect to have a
more profitable product," continued McGrath

Economically,
what was at stake was a projected $100 billion
marketplace for Digital Angel. Critics have claimed this
figure is impossible unless universal
implantation mandated by government was being
considered. Conservative estimates for use in the U.S. were said
to be $70 billion, characterized as 26 potential vertical
markets. A company spokesman, who asked not to be named, revealed
that the $70 billion projection was provided by McKinsey &
Co. management consultants. Randy Geissler, CEO of Digital
Angel.net Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary, said that strong
alliances were key to Digital Angel's success, and that the
company's close partnerships with Raytheon-Hughes, the
U.S. Department of Energy and pharmaceutical giants like

company was well-positioned for success.

Fascism = government and
business working together
At the end of WWII, General Eisenhower, head of the Allied Forces
in Europe, came back to America from his "minor
campaign," became President, and in his presidential
Farewell Address, in January 1961, he warned us about the "Military-Industrial
Complex." That term he coined in his speech has
become fairly well known around the world, and I suppose everyone
has heard of it.
" By dictionary definition, a
cooperative union of business (especially the defense
manufacturing industry)
and the government is called "fascism."
Educational
Research-Complex ...... Government and Universities working
hand-in-hand
The primary source of funding for the Educational-Research
Complex is large private Foundations with huge resources, such as
the Rockefeller Foundation, Carnegie Foundation
and others. They provide billions of dollars as seed
money to start university research projects. And then the
universities seek government grant funding (the
Educational-Research Complex) for continuing and enlarging those
projects at the university lab facilities. The
Educational-Research Complex represents the largest lobby and
control group in Washington. That is exactly the danger President
Eisenhower warned about forty years ago.
The Educational-Research Complex has become so large it is now international. The foundations and universities also seek funding from international groups such as the United Nations. Often the names of the chairmen and directors of the large university laboratories and the chairmen of organizations like WHO, UNICEF and CARE seem to rotate like a game of international musical chairs. The international projects, on the surface, appear to be benign and are concerned with health, food and education in the many nations of the world. But in fact, on closer examination, the projects are focused on eugenics, controlled famine, population control and genocide.
Thus, many people have become concerned about
mind-control
