The spiritual leaders of Islam are called "Imams". Today, Moslems are awaiting the 12th Imam, the hidden "expected One"...last of the Imams.
When He comes, he will reveal His 100th Name. Jesus has a Name yet to be revealed. One wonders if the Pergamum Letter in Revelation Chapter 2 might not be intended for the Moslem-converts, as it has so many reference-points. Let’s take a closer look at the Letter to the Church of Pergamum. Revelation 2:12-17

Since "antichrist " also means "instead of Christ", then Islam is the spirit of antichrist by looking for the 12th Imam or the Mahdji: thus diverting the true search for the Messiah of the Gospel ( Injil).

THE RETURNING ONE

Jesus Christ has promised to come back to planet earth to set up a kingdom of righteousness and truth (Daniel 9:24 and Zechariah 8). He had to come the first time to make a Way for Truth to live in our hearts...a rigorous honesty based upon a relationship with Him. But that honesty needs to permeate all of society. That is why the Lord Jesus Christ will rule with a rod of iron (true justice) for 1,000 years.

The belief of the Islamic people is that Jesus will return to earth for a 40 year reign, establish Islam as the true faith, then die and be buried at Medina (Saudi Arabia) next to Mohammed’s grave. They already have the gravesight prepared there. That of course is not true, as proven by Scripture and the Deity- nature of God.
"Wherefore if they say unto you,
‘Behold, He is in the desert’; go not forth:
‘Behold, He is in the secret chambers’; believe it not." Matthew 24:26

This prediction will not be allowed to be proclaimed, for prophesying will end when Christ returns. (Zechariah 13:2-5) The Prophet Jesus Himself will be sitting on the Throne in Jerusalem. His Word will be final.

His 1,000 year reign will be marked by peace and prosperity. At the end of the 1,000 years there will be one final rebellion by mankind to thwart the rule of Jesus Christ, but it will be obliterated without ever reaching Jerusalem. (Revelation 20)

After the Millenium, is Eternity, where we will dwell with Our Beloved Jesus forever, changing from Glory to Glory, as we continue growing always in our relationship with Him.

Islam and THE TRINITY

Prof. Khaleel Mohammed, Assistant Professor at the Department of Religious Studies at San Diego State University, is the latest Moslem expert to say that the Quran - the holiest Moslem work - is actually Zionist.

In an interview with Jamie Glazov of FrontPageMagazine.com three days ago (June 3, 2004), Mohammed quoted the Qur'an (5:20-21) as saying:

So the simple fact is then, from a faith-based point of view: If God has 'written' Israel for the people of Moses, who can change this?"  He also quoted two of Islam's most famous exegetes - Ibn Kathir and Muhammad al-Shawkani - as supporting this explanation.

Thailand's persecution of Muslims -- Oct. 25, 2004
PATTANI, Thailand, Oct 28 (Reuters) - One of 1,300 Thai Muslims detained after clashes with security forces described on Thursday how police and soldiers beat protesters before piling them up "like bricks" for a five-hour truck ride to an army camp.
In one of the first accounts by a survivor of how police packed hundreds of men into trucks after the protest on Monday, resulting in the deaths of 78 from suffocation,
After troops and police had used live rounds, as well as water cannon and tear gas to quell the protest, they tied protesters hands behind their backs before loading them at gun-point into high-sided army trucks.
Soldiers piled the men up "like bricks", he said.
Everyone had to lie down in the back. We were lying one on top of another with no space to breathe. I thought I was going to die. Luckily, I'm still alive. I was in the middle of the truck, where I could catch some air." When they arrived at the barracks, 100 km (60 miles) away, he saw five dead people in his truck. The dead were those closest to the driver's cab, he said.
